As the holiday shopping season approaches, excitement builds for the upcoming discounts on gaming accessories. Recent information suggests that significant markdowns on PS5 accessories are on the horizon, promising to enhance the gaming experience for many players. Here's what to expect as Black Friday approaches.
Information has surfaced regarding discounts on various accessories for the PS5 from a well-known source, indicating that Sony plans to reduce prices on its DualSense gamepad and DualSense Edge gamepad this Black Friday.
Beginning November 22 in France and across Europe, the basic colors of the DualSense Wireless Controllers will see a price drop of €20 / £16. This reduction means that the previously listed price of €74.99 / £62.71 will be adjusted to approximately €54.99 / £42.71. However, it remains uncertain whether the discounts will apply to the Sterling Silver and Cobalt Blue variants as well.
In addition to the standard controller, the DualSense Edge Wireless Controller, which typically retails for €239.99 / £200, will also benefit from a discount of €20 / £16. As a result, the new price during this sale will be around €219.99 / £184, making it more accessible for gamers looking to elevate their gaming setup.
Moreover, there are expectations for discounts on the Pulse Elite wireless earbuds and the Pulse Explore Earbuds designed for the PS5. According to further details, Sony is said to be launching promotional offers on these audio accessories for the first time since their respective releases in December 2023 and February 2024.
Starting November 22, the Pulse Elite headphones will enjoy a 12% discount, while the Pulse Explore earbuds will have a substantial 36% markdown. The Pulse Elite will be available for €129.99 / £108.77 / $137.55, reduced from €149.99 / £125.50 / $158.70. On the other hand, the Pulse Explore earbuds will see their price range set between €139.99 and €149.99, instead of their original price of €219.99.
This promotion is expected to be available in France at all authorized retailers, with a strong possibility of extending to other parts of Europe and beyond.
